Increasing network resilience
Once a transaction has been approved to transmit to all relevant parties for their action, some parties may not provide an immediate response and processing time is required before the relevant parties receive the transaction. To account for this, an interim Pending send
status is displayed to inform users. This status will remain until the relevant parties receive the transaction successfully.
When the transaction has been received by the relevant parties successfully, the Pending send
status will no longer be displayed and will be updated accordingly. Typically, there is no issue on the network and the transaction should update from Pending send
to the applicable status in a matter of seconds.
In the event where the
Pending send
status persists for more than 20 minutes, please kindly contact your company's administrators for support.
The Pending send
status is applicable for DC, Amendment and Presentation transactions.
Previously before 7.0, users were not able to complete the transaction when the relevant parties fail to respond. In 7.0, users are now able to complete the transaction with the Pending send
status reflected until the relevant parties receive the transaction successfully.
