Client Authorization / White-Listing

An applicant may only select an issuing bank that has authorised it as a client of that bank, until this is done, the corporate will not be able to select the bank during the application process. To authorise a new client the action must be taken by 2 admin authorised users: a maker/checker followed by an approver

Part 1: Maker/Checker (1st admin)

  1. Click on settings icon on the top left side of the window
  2. Click Network on the left panel to display all the networks. Double click on the specific network.
  3. The Corporate profile window is displayed with option to `Authorise**
  4. Upon clicking the Authorise button, the Authorise client window is displayed
  5. Select the product by ticking the radio button to allow authorisation for that product
  6. Click on Cancel option to cancel the process and go back, otherwise click on Submit and confirm in pop-up to send for approval.

The status will now be Pending authorisation, awaiting second admin approval

Part 2: Approver (2nd admin)

  1. Click on settings icon on the top left side of the window
  2. Click Network on the left panel to display all the networks. Double click on the specific network in pending authorisation status.
  3. The Corporate profile window with authorised product in orange is displayed with option to Verify
  4. Upon clicking the Verify button, the Authorise client window is displayed
  5. Click on Reject option to send the process 1st admin for changes if any, otherwise click on Verify and confirm in pop-up to complete authorisation.

The status will now be Authorised
