Self Managed Member
For self-manged users who have a technical issue, please complete the self-managed support checklist for your Contour version prior to contacting support.
Portal Unavailability
In the event that the support portal is unavailable, our Disaster Process will be to enable the support email address support@contour.network. At all other times, the email address will not be monitored and will return an "Sender not known" message.
